"Sardane" is a very pleasant and spacious apartment, two bedrooms are at your disposal, a room for 2 people and a room for 4 people. Exterior not overlooked.
The accommodation is air-conditioned and can accommodate 6 people. Ideal with family or friends.
Functional, and well equipped, you can live at home, during a weekend or during your weeks of vacation!

The historic center of Collioure is in pedestrian access. We are located in the living heart of the city. You will find everything you need in the direct vicinity of the apartment: shops, restaurants, beaches, artists' workshops... You can do everything on foot!
Getting around
THE HISTORIC CENTER IS ON A PEDETRIAN ACCESS.
There are several car parks in Collioure, I always send the plans to help you find parking easily.
The station is very easy to access, you can easily reach it on foot (10min).
Do not hesitate to ask us if you have any questions about transport (airport transfer, train...).
Other things to note
The building dates from the 17th century. She breathes history and tradition!

Free cancellation up to 365 day(s) before arrival, then 50% cancellation fee up to 60 day(s) before arrival, then 60% cancellation fee up to 30 day(s) before arrival, then 100% cancellation fee.
In case of cancellation, and depending on the period:
- 30 days before arrival: the entire stay will be due to the St Vincent Residence
Between 31 and 60 days before arrival: 60% of the amount of the stay will be eligible.
- 61 days before arrival and more: The deposit will be kept
In the event of modification, late cancellation (less than 3 days), or no-show on the scheduled date of arrival, the entire balance will be claimed by Résidence St Vincent, which then reserves the right to dispose of the accommodation immediately.
